Are there any error codes or dash indicator lights on?

If you don't have a code reader, a local auto parts store might read the codes for you for free.

On the cluster, if nothing is working check fuses 7 and 14.

Otherwise you can perform the actuator test below to see if the cluster is functional.

If by chance you have the automatic (CVT) and it's whining, overheating and going into limp/limited speed mode the number one cause is dirty fluid and filters.

The fluid and both filters should be changed at 30k miles then 30-50k thereafter. If not, you'll have problems like what I mentioned along with the possibility of damage to the transmission that will require a replacement.

Dealers will charge around $400+, independent shops might be less, or you can diy if you are mechanically inclined.

More on changing the fluid and filters here:

It's the CVT...I've replaced the fluid and both filters....after changing fluid and filters, Jeep ran great.
...then; speedometer, odometer and MPG stopped working....still; it ran fine...until the other day....now it's in limited speed mode (I think)

Welcome to the forum. It doesn't look like your issues are caused by your transmission. Here's what I found:

P0456: Evaporative emission control system leak (small)
What are the Possible Causes of the P0456 JEEP Code?
Leaking gas cap
Leaking or clogged purge vent valve

U1110: Lost Vehicle Speed Message
What are the Possible Causes of the U1110 JEEP Code?
Faulty Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) Module
Anti-lock Brake System Module harness is open or shorted
Anti-lock Brake System Module circuit poor electrical connection
Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

C342D: VCT solenoid sticking or stuck.

C3064: May also be triggered by faults earlier down the line. For example, a dirty MAF sensor might be causing the car to overcompensate in its fuel-trim adjustments. As a result, oxygen sensors are likely to report fuel mixture problems.

The first things I would do would be to inspect the fuel filler neck for any pitting or dirt/rust build up. I had that code last year and replaced the gas cap, but it didn't fix the issue. Then I found that there was some rust and pitting on the filler neck, right where the gas cap seals against it. I took a piece of emery cloth and smoothed it out, then applied some silicone grease to the surface. It's been fine since. If the neck is clean and smooth, then replace the gas cap.

Then I'd check the engine bay ground terminals. Bad grounds can cause all sorts of issues. I had ABS codes pop up a few months ago and it turned out that ground G110 was corroded. I had to replace that terminal. It's possible that all those codes, other than P0456 could be triggered by a bad ground, but I'm not 100% positive on that. Someone else here might be able to chime in on that.
